I read a local news story recently about a Mexican-American man who got pulled over with $25,000 cash and no real explanation. The officer proceeded to hide the money somewhere in squad car while K-9 was en route. Then he had canine sweep the car and alert to location of money. The cops confiscated it, and the judge denied the man the ability to get his money back.

In your video, you say that after you are given a verbal warning or actual ticket/warning, we are free to leave. However, you started asking more questions to the “criminals,” and they let you search their car. Do you recommend we say our goodbyes and leave right away, or do we have to stay until the Cops are done asking more questions? Or what do we say to them to leave?

You mentioned in your DVD that most narcotic couriers either ran rental vehicles or older cars because they didn't want to have their new expensive vehicles seized in case they were caught. Were there ever any exceptions to this? Anyone smuggling inside new, expensive vehicles? If they were, what attracted you to pull them over? I noticed on the corvette profile that you saw the passenger was wiping her nose and that the couple was young. This led me to believe a driver's age and appearance not fitting a vehicle's demographic would be reasonable suspicion.

I noticed the part of your video saying that after you issued a citation or said you weren’t going to give a ticket, the citizen is free to go, but then you asked them to search their car. So if you knew you were free to go, and they asked to search your car, and you left, what would happen? How do you handle that situation?
