How many of your snitches testified, Barry? How many did you hold onto as long as possible? Would you blow a case by revealing the identity of your illegal source, or claim anonymous tip?

If a snitch is the cause of someone's exposure and subsequent arrest, must that snitch also testify? If someone's dubious statements lead to your arrest, don't you have the right to face that individual? If not, what's to stop LEO from concocting whatever they need to take you down?

It is my understanding that all undercover cops during the simple "Bust-and-Buy" operations carry a gun, handcuffs, and a cell phone. Do they also carry concealed audio/video recording devices like tiny chip kinds hidden in watches and other inconspicuous places? Are these evidence- gathering devices able to be detected by a bug radio frequency detector? Can bug detectors identify an undercover cop during a deal?

This person pretended to be my friend for two years and tried to nail me at the end. I didn't take the bait, and since then, I have broken all contact with this person and all the people associated with said person. What is the best thing to do in this case?

Sheena worked with Lucy. Lucy told Sheena to meet her at a motel one night to meet some friends of hers. When they went inside the motel room at the same, they meeting undercover cops. Sheena was charged with pot. I seriously doubt Lucy has any charges on her. No money was ever mentioned or given/received. I won’t know for certain until the motion of discovery is filed, but according to the arrest report which was made by a county deputy instead of the undercover officer, no “CI” was mentioned. All it said was Sheena came to sell pot and was arrested. You think Lucy is a CI?

These people moved into town like three months ago. I trust them. They said I could by pot from them. There aren't very many suppliers around here, but lately some of the surrounding communities there have been huge drug busts. I’m getting paranoid. Is there any contract that I can make to have them sign, saying that they can’t arrest me if they are cops?

From what I have heard, undercover cops are allowed to break almost any law to get the info they need. Are undercovers allowed to do drugs, or even sell them if it means that if doing so they can bust somebody?
