I drive for a living and am always on the road. I was wondering if I can get a ticket for eating and driving?

As far as I know you cannot be arrested (pulled over and issued a citation) for eating and driving. I know for sure in Texas you cannot. This reminds me of the mythological law "You can't drive barefooted.” I believed this law until the police academy dispelled the myth. I think the “eating while driving” idea belongs in this same myth category.
