- Does the process of gaining entry into an apartment and an actual house differ from a motor home? If you have your belongings in a motor home, would an LEO need a warrant, or would this be subject to the same treatment as any other transportation device? What about apartments or rentals? Can LEO just have your landlord open it up? Or is possession of property more important here than ownership? Should tactics remain the same in these cases?

- Once when I left my dealer’s house, I noticed a cop car parked a few houses down behind my car on the same side of the street. I drove away checking my mirrors to see whether he pulled out as well. He didn't. I made it home after I zig-zagged through the neighborhood to make it a little harder to tail me and passed by his location again because that was the only way out. Would you have done what I did? Would you ever go back to this location? Do cops ever sit in patrol cars when watching a place?

- One night two friends and I were smoking a joint before heading to a party. We were behind the house about 50 yards by a creek when we saw these two adults about 30 years of age. They seemed a little suspicious, so we ditched our weed in the creek. After they walked past us a few more times, they approached us with badges. Nothing happened, but were we really that suspicious?

- Does a statement from an apartment maintenance crew give cops probable cause to enter my unit without a warrant or my written or verbal consent? If not, then am I in a good fighting position to get off the hook or better file a federal suit against the cops who did this to me?

- What if someone calls 911 from a cell phone near the location? Do they triangulate the signal to the address? Is it possible to call 911 from a cell, and have it direct the cops to an address?

- Two uniformed officers told me there was a hang-up 911 call from my home address, but I don’t own a home phone and my cell phone is not linked to my home address. They threatened to kick down my door, so I let them in. They weren't able to find any weed, though they said they could smell some. In the event of a hang-up 911 call, do you have to let them enter the property?

- How much evidence is needed for police to legally obtain a search warrant on grow houses? If someone says there's marijuana growing in someone’s house, is that enough for them to kick the door in? Is there anything on the web that has a checklist of evidence items cops need to collect to obtain a search warrant?
