One night two friends and I were smoking a joint before heading to a party. We were behind the house about 50 yards by a creek when we saw these two adults about 30 years of age. They seemed a little suspicious, so we ditched our weed in the creek. After they walked past us a few more times, they approached us with badges. Nothing happened, but were we really that suspicious?

Close call and nice thinking putting it in the creek! Evidence just floats away.
Never underestimate how suspicious groups of younger people appear to middle- aged folks, especially when in groups. The herd mentality takes over and behaviors non-typical of what middle-agers expect. Tight groups of people loud or quiet are suspicious to most people. Especially in a circle!
