What if someone calls 911 from a cell phone near the location? Do they triangulate the signal to the address? Is it possible to call 911 from a cell, and have it direct the cops to an address?

    If somebody calls from a cell, they could get a general fix on the location but not even close to down to an address and it would be a major thing for them. In other words I don't think they would go through the trouble unless they considered it
    something top priority.
