Two uniformed officers told me there was a hang-up 911 call from my home address, but I don’t own a home phone and my cell phone is not linked to my home address. They threatened to kick down my door, so I let them in. They weren't able to find any weed, though they said they could smell some. In the event of a hang-up 911 call, do you have to let them enter the property?

If a 911 call comes from a house, kops have a right to enter. The probable cause is the 911 call. Ninety-nine percent of the time they will enter the home but as you said you do not have a home phone. However, the police have caller I.D even on private calls. They should have confirmed the phone number first. Anyone with a grudge can dial 911 and say something happened.
