- A cop once pulled me over for suspicious behavior and found that I had $5,000, which I proved was obtained through a scholarship. The officer explained to me the general concept of a vehicle being "flagged" for suspicious behavior, but how long does this flag stays in the DPS database? Does the flag disappear since I have a different car? How does being "flagged" affect law enforcement officers' handling of any future traffic stops I may be involved in?

- The only thing I had issue with your videos was when you told somebody you were just going to give them a warning and that the guy was free to go. The thing is you keep asking questions. If he just walked away, wouldn't you have stopped them and then asked to search the car? I saw that happen on one of those police shows once where a guy started to leave real fast after a warning, and the cop asked him why he was leaving so fast. He then ended up searching the car.

- If you were to do this, do you have any recommendations on leading an officer into saying/doing something that would later get you off? Like any phrases that would result in subsequent charges being thrown out on whatever grounds?

- What are you thoughts on recording whether audio or visual your encounters with police? Are there laws regarding this?

- In your experience, has someone ever left when the ticket or citation is not written, and then the cop calls in his buddies to pull over the same person later?

- I have a tremor, and when I get nervous, my hands tremble quite a bit, and I'm not even doing anything illegal. When this happens, I have found it is best to keep my license and insurance card together in the same pocket in my wallet because it requires less time for me to dig around and for the police to notice my hands shaking. At night, turn on your interior dome lights. Do not search for your license, registration, and insurance until the cop is at your door and asks you to do so. But do you recommend that also turning off your car and keeping your hands on the steering wheel until the officer asks for your stuff?

- I've seen cops arrest someone for the traffic violation so that they could search the car. Is this valid if the decision is made in response to a refusal? Does it matter in court if the arrest was retaliation for not giving up your rights?

- Young man just recently got pulled in his vehicle and searched. Officers found .8 oz pot. Issued him two citations post-dated for two months ahead just in case he might have information they would be interested in. What's with that?

- In your video, during one stop, you said you smelled pot in the car, but didn't say anything and let the man sign the ticket before asking for consent to search. You said the man would have been free to leave after signing the ticket. Would you really let him get away after you smelled weed in the vehicle? Wouldn't you have found another reason to stop him again?

- I drove by a large sign on I-70 the other day that said, “Narcotics checkpoint ahead. Be prepared to stop. Narcotic dogs in use.” These signs were just before the exit ramp, but there was no road block ahead. Do you think they had their dog and were stopping all cars that took the exit ramp?

- Are there specific questions one should ask during a traffic stop that might indicate when one is free to drive off without reprisal or breaking the law? Is “Am I free to go officer?” a sufficient question? Should any questions not be responded to if you would be forced to lie?

- Whether a citation was issued or not, if they ask for permission to search, is it even possible to make a "friendly" exit before he asks for further questions about having any drugs? Seems to me it would be difficult and insulting to an officer if one knew they were actually free to simply drive away without answering, but is this what you were implying? And, wouldn't he just tend to make another stop if one did so, or notify the boys down the road to watch for you?
