- If a Cop runs my plates and sees marijuana possession and marijuana paraphernalia on my record even though it's a misdemeanor offense, is it a certainty that he will ask to perform a search? If this is the case, we may be better of taking another vehicle.

- Have you ever heard of this “Constitution Free Zone?” The border patrol is claiming that they don't have to have consent, probable cause, or a warrant to search your person or vehicle. I've seen this done most often at border checkpoints. This would seem to any logical person to be in direct violation of the 4th Amendment. Any thoughts on this?

- If you get pulled over, and the police have probable cause (i.e. smell of marijuana from your car), and they call the K-9, can they search your underwear? If the K-9 comes up to you, how far can they go in searching you?

- Say you don't have weed on you, but you happen to get pulled over for something like a traffic violation when you are under the influence. What are the chances the Cops would see that you are high and make you have a blood test? Or is it highly unlikely they would pursue it if you were clean of any drugs?

- You mentioned that a rental cannot be seized during a drug interdiction. Can you explain the dynamics of this? Also, please give your opinion on whether or not a corporation, an LLC, or trust renting out a vehicle would be a measure of safety if stopped and framed, or stopped and alerted/searched/found.
