LSD and Shrooms definitely have their place in helping people and are relatively harmless. Usually, any substance classified as a "psychedelic" (marijuana, LSD, Mushrooms) is harmless and helpful.
Police would LOVE to bust people for LSD, but it is so difficult to find. It is rarely discovered. In my entire career, I seized only three hits of acid, and they came from the same person!
