Most of the time they are not running them right anyway across the board.
It’s also about location, location, location. In many cases, you would be better off spending the money to secure acreage in a researched area – sometimes not even your own. In other words, if your state's penalties are unusually heavy, take your
larger operation 200 miles away to a different state with much more reasonablepenalties.
Research your state and region to see hot spots. Some areas might have more aggressive activity then others. One could check their metro and surrounding and find countless busts to the south, but the opposite direction might be a lack of anything.
