No. Your employer is not permitted by law to watch you take a urine test. There are
exceptions if you are in the military or on probation.
If you are on probation, most pre-trial and probation departments watch the urine go in
the glass making the synthetic urines useless.
The more expensive detox drinks usually work great with the cup tests administered by
probation because they are designed to pass this test only. If you don't detoxify with one
of these cocktails and test positive during this phase, the sample is then sent to the lab for
verification. Ask probationers in your area how they are passing the tests. This is a sure
way of passing.
