I noticed the part of your video saying that after you issued a citation or said you weren’t going to give a ticket, the citizen is free to go, but then you asked them to search their car. So if you knew you were free to go, and they asked to search your car, and you left, what would happen? How do you handle that situation?

At the moment a citation is issued, the arrest is over. You were arrested for a traffic violation. The citation was issued. You are now free to leave. While leaving, if the officer begins questioning, tell him “You issued me a ticket, am I free to leave?” He should say yes. If he says "No," then ask what you are under arrest for. Keep him in this loop
because you are correct. If he cannot answer why you are not free to leave, but he is still holding you, ask for him to radio for a supervisor. Never leave if a Cop tells you that you are not free to leave even if the Cop is legally incorrect. Argue the above over and over.
