If you know when the day of the test is, just make your stand-in piss for you the evening
before or preferably that morning. A half a cup or 60 ml should do fine, if you have a
way to measure it
One of the old-school methods is to use a non-lubricated condom washed very well.
Putting the filled condom on the car dash with the heater on high will bring the temp up

as the engine gets very hot. Store the condom in a sock or pantyhose stuffed down your
pants. Poke the end of the condom with a needle smuggled in your underwear when
providing the sample. Use hand-warmers to keep the temp up in your pants. Have handy
a digital thermometer that doesn’t beep to check the temp before going in or even in the
restroom before providing the sample.
