Do Cops have required stops for drugs such as they do for alcohol?

    The police are looking for signs of intoxication: slurred speech, unbalanced, red eyes, and pot and alcohol odors. When they discover these, they then try to confirm their suspicions through blood and breath samples. The police never have a site set up to test everybody.
