- Why isn’t the government more open to at least discussing the legalization of pot? It would obviously create a huge revenue stream instead of an expense like it is now. Is it because there is no test to determine if the user is currently high like the alcohol testing available??

- I thought hat if I’m on probation, they require you to take a piss test, but why then would I have to sign a piece of paper that says, "I consent to the collection and testing of the specimen (blood or urine) for drugs and/or alcohol and certify that the specimen(s) submitted to the laboratory is/are my own and accurately labeled and securely sealed. I consent to the reporting of results only to the employer or requesting agency."? What do you think would happen if I refused to sign?

- A couple of my friends were recently arrested and processed, one with a DUI and another for battery on a police officer. While in custody, samples of their blood were taken. Could they have refused consent to the blood tests? How could I refuse a blood test in a similar situation?

- I read that after he voluntarily submitted to an arm-hair test, a New York cop who tested positive for cocaine claimed that he got the drugs in his system by performing oral sex on his girlfriend, whom he found out later was a regular user. Can oral sex really make you fail a drug test?
