The Supreme Court has ruled an alert from a documented, trained drug dog is probable cause for search. If the dog alerts, the police have the right to search your car without your permission. If you refuse, you will be arrested for resisting a
search because the kops now have probable cause and do not need your permission. If the K-9 false alerted, the kop will never tell you it was a false alert.
He will pretend it was real and lie in court.
On the side of the road, you are basically at the hands of the officers when it comes to a false alert. Hopefully your attorney will hire a good expert witness such as myself to point out the false alert in court if you are arrested.
NeverGetBusted.com is currently forming a plan with attorneys and other K-9 experts to expose this injustice at a noisy level. Tell your friends to buy my DVD and help support this cause.Supreme Court on False
