What do you mean by “cop time?”

    Kops have a work schedule. So do undercover kops. Undercovers get antsy or jumpy if you screw with times and meeting places. If you suddenly cancel a prearranged meeting, they tend to freak out because they have to meet deadlines and report back to their bosses.
