In your experience in the police force, were you ever deterred from wanting to search someone’s vehicle because of how gross it was on the inside?

    Ultra messy autos were always a deterrent to me. If it was nasty, I backed away. But some cops aren’t bothered by a dirty car. Some police officers will simply put on latex gloves and go to town on your auto – open a nasty bag of trash that contained used condoms, dog crap, tobacco spit, and various other forms of household waste.
