A fairly "small" op can not only be profitable but also completely pave the way for much greater things financially. An extremely efficient 4k might get you 170k in 12 months. Of course, a 4k is reasonably small. It would be absolutely nothing
regarding power draw. Plus, it could be worked and maintained by one person fairly easy. A 170k, for example, can do quite a bit for one if they are wise financially. Think school, home, investment property, a business, or a combination of any or all of the above.
