How can you be guaranteed that he won't false alert and the cop will go ahead and say the search is authorized?

I can never guarantee the handler won't call a false alert with the K-9 merely showing interest and not scratching or sitting, but if you have this on tape, I'll defend you as an expert witness at your trial.
