I have seen quite a few cash seizures on television. Any person with an IQ that runs above their age knows that 99.9 percent of all money in circulation today has at some point run into contact with dope. Rather than load the suspect cash in one bag and loading the others with clothes, toys, etc., why don't they use a cop’s wallet and a judge’s wallet? The dog would hit on all of them!

    Not true.
Odors have half-lives and will deteriorate rapidly. Cocaine is one of the quickest to deteriorate. Marijuana is one of the longest. In general, a K-9 will not hit on any persons wallet with a few bills in it.
