| Not usually, but they may pull your trash looking for anything that will get them a warrant. Or pull someone over leaving the house and pressure them to turn informant. The list goes on. |

I don't know the specifics on that product, but most carpet neutralizers work by neutralizing the alkalies with a mild acid. Vinegar works well to neutralize urine odors.
