yeah you pretty much got it,,you still want to let it soak for about 24 hours or so before straining the alcohol from the pot.
you cant let your bottle touch the bottom of the pan of water while boiling( be sure the lid is off and use electric stove NO GAS STOVES),,and if you use water to wash out your bottle to get all the pot out so you can put the Dragon back in the bottle make sure the bottle is totally dry..or it will turn cloudy on you,,it would still be good,,,,just not as pretty 
you may choose to just leave the pot in there...i didnt i strained mine and cleaned it out. dont guess it really matters..im just a clean freak like that
also it doest put off an odor like this either.
i realize theres a hundred different ways to do this..i dont claim this way is the best,,i just do what is easiest for me ,,what works,,in the shortest amount of time. |
