If cops was to search and charge you with smoke, what should you get ready to expect if all goes through? what if you were falsely charged for weed, what is there to do and how might someone go about that?

A lot depends on where you live and how much you were caught with.

The purpose of this site is to try to keep you OUT of that situation.

I believe you would need an attorney at the point that you are talking about.

Look at the Oklahoma laws, almost anything connected to marijuana can get you a life sentence. If your a crook here you have to be a christian. Richard Roberts had to resign as President of Oral Roberts University in Tulsa for stealing millions of dollars, mostly from old people that are on SSI and that piece of shit will not do one day in jail.

From what I saw, white collar crimes at the Federal level generally netted less than five year sentences with most going to "camps". I met guys who swindled millions. They ranged from telemarketers, CEO's of S&L's, and Union people.
Now if you had 28gms of crack, well thats a mandatory minimum 10 years minus supervisory time, usually another 5 years. Quite a disparity.
