am i just being serious?? NO!
but IF I was to grow,,i would want to do it on a large scale like POT Cave scale
i wouldnt want to make the same mistakes they made
but yeah i like the turn out frequency...
looks like outdoor sure is much simpler but then one need many locations to match the frequent outcome of indoor.
but i see more worries indoor
i mean come on,,like it has been said somewhere here,,,whats the average bank robbery 3000 bucks??
and your pretty much guaranteed to get busted robbing a bank,,that is the dumbest thing you could do.
if i wanted to make a million i think the chances in growing pot are better
see money does grow on trees,,but the GOVT outlawed the tree lol ofcourse it may only be money while it is outlawed,,,but thats a whole nother subject.

Well, you have to remember quite a bit of money and planning and time goes into such (site selection in itself can sometimes take 2 years more or less when your looking for a specific property with specific qualities.....)
When one wants to grow....the best decision is always to grow  ...Everything else works itself out.....
(Even an efficient 4k could pull down almost 200k a yr...minimal exposure, work easily done by a single person, etc.....)
As elsewhere:Middle of page is a 40 page warrant All should seek out and read such as often as possible to be as ell versed as possible.

This is actually why I wanted to add something....lot of opinions on in vs. out, but the bottom line is risk/reward/exposure......
Let's say a 20k op in. Call it high end and say 2 per. Then call it 6 per year.
Your looking at 240, and a 24/7/365 exposure.
You could do a mini run or AF run and achieve the same in 60 days more or less with minimal exposure and risk.
Not to mention set up costs reduced....maintenance costs reduced....and no monthly nut....(electric, rentals, fuel,etc).....
Lot of people decide what they want to do (op,method,system) instead of deciding the quickest and safest way to do what they want (volume)
Baseline is every 300 is 1MM. Varies on specifics (regional bulk, quality, expenses and salaries, etc)
300 can be a little, or it can be a lot.......ie: Can be 150 2lb trees, or can be 1200 q'p smaller ones.....(or 5,000 mini's/AF's, etc).....
To put in perspective: 5,000, at one per sq. ft. is not a large space....(1/8 of an acre....200' x 25'.....100' x 50'....etc..(100 x 50 for 60 days is not a very risky venture in the whole scheme of things.......)
Limitations would become obvious very early when planning such (personal and financial limitations, skill, etc......)

When they write it in (ie: a note passed).....Average takeover is much more than 3k, but, changes penalties and, federal.
I actually converted a crew once...(Wrote a lot about it on OG....) Didn't take long...they took to it very well 
1MM is 300.
Can be a little or a lot....
Can be a 4k for 5 years (not unrealistic)....can be a single good quick hit and run...ie: Get in, get out, wrap it up....
Bigger question is here's 1MM....now what?
That seems to be he much bigger issue people have.....
1MM can be a little, or can be a lot.....
Could be a year partying.....
Could be a nice home and car....
Could fund an education, provide for family, and purchase a business and a down payment on that nice home also maybe even some left over
You always know your exit strategy walking in
It's a temporary infusion to be used to benefit you in the future which can cease at any moment....
Not a career....
Just "gravy".......shouldn't be replied on....(many do.....)
In the end?..very little is beyond ones reach.....aside from what dictates ability such as skill.....resources/budget.....
This is purpose of all forums.....one has endless sources of information and assistance to set up, and successfully run what they can dream up and desire to,.......feedback on any strain they might run, any set up, and any products, and any and everything in between,....
One thing is certain: You grow, and it all works itself out. Some take to it, some do not....some naturally proceed larger and larger, some trail off never to again.....
Make no mistake......a large op is a commitment beyond what most realize...
Planning, accumulation, funding, supplies, employees, security, and execution of all from start through finish.....
Any and everything can go wrong and often does..... |
