On a serious note, this is fucked up! I remember hearing from Barry in a previous thread that in some states it's illegal to swear at the police. If it's illegal to swear at the police shouldn't the police not be allowed to call you a motherfucker in your own house? What a bunch of douchebags! |

Sadly more are finding this out the hard way.
Sounds like the weapons are obvious hunting items. It would be smart to provide evidence of such such as licences and tags. Photos of hunting trips, clothing, and related gear will all help substantiate their purpose. Sorry you have to prove your innocence, but like the man said: Welcome to Amerika.

We will never "RAT OUT ANYONE...PERIOD! if this was everyones view the STORM TROOPERS would have much less to go on! Another ? for anyone that knows? Do they count clones & hanging plants (drying) in their total plants taken? They have no roots. Don't know how many total we had as they took all paper work. Must have been under 100 because I called 800-420-laws and lawyer said would go to FED COURTS if over 100? By the way they will send you a great book on all 50 states MJ LAWS free! Neighbor said as many as 30 people were seen carrying stuff out of our home (guess it will end up in drug auction to give the masked men more $$$ to raid more to get more $$$, ect.). I want to write a book, anyone know of a good computer program for this??? When will we get a list of all items taken? All they left on the warrant was the guns & serial #'s. If we get 20 yrs at our age it's a death sentence, for what? a few plants that should be legal anyway. My wife said she will not do this...FREEDOM @ ANY COST. I cannot imagine this as today is our 1st wedding aniverary. |

| keep your head up man. its really unfortunate this has happened to you. i hope things go well in court and i hope you don't see any time. try and make yourself a bigger public figure if you can, do some volunteer work it might help your image in court |

I suspect the reason your lawyer is wanting to know is that 100 plants is likely the point where it can be made a Federal case.
From a sentencing standpoint, the feds will give you a lot less time for 100 plants than MO will. Consider this; The feds had a 98.8% conviction rate 10 years ago. You have much better chances in state court. Quite a toss I am aware. Sounds like your lawyer is familiar with fed practice, Good.
Don't be discouraged though. It's just one of many angles that must be examined. |
