| I don't know the legal repercussions but if you are riding clean and get pulled over because of profiling, is it OK to be a smart ass? What can they take you to jail for being a asshole? |

Just dont touch them that's assault. Im not sure if there are any "verbal assault" chargers they can give you for cussing.

I met a man in the Federal System who did If I remember correctly 3 years for verbal assault on a Gov Agent. In this case it was a Park Ranger or Conservation Agent the person got into a argument with. He also had to pay for his confinement.
State laws can vary.
Might piss him off and he'll remember you! |

I recommend legally harassing cops when riding clean. Talk back and be rude if you choose...remember...they are trying to take your freedom for a bad law.
You can argue with cops and not break the law. A verbal assault can be filed only if you threaten.

It is illegal to use curse words in some jurisdictions so I would not curse the police.
I think showing America's bitterness to the police is a form of patriotism. If every American gave the cops a hard time regarding searches, this mess would end INSTANTLY.
I never quit thinking about the million non-violent brothers and sisters we have behind bars at this moment and the cops that placed them there...I don't understand being nice about that!
NeverGetBusted fights this war with the urgency of "it's my son or daughter or mother or father that is in jail." Being nice and respectful to the police has done nothing but give them more power.
So I say...fight back. Stand up on your own hind legs and fight. Stick up for yourself. Say something back!
