Barry, would you say the majority of the stops and/or searches you conducted took place in the day time or night time?
I'm not sure if I've got some sort of security blanket but I always felt safer picking up bud in the day time than at night time. |

Good Question1
I always feel safer transporting during heavy traffic times day or night. Blend in with the herd.
I also choose routes that are familiar to lessen the odds of being profiled. It's obvious to cops when you are driving in unfamiliar territory according to Barry. |

i know it wasnt one of the choices but i would still want to second barry's stance on the rain,,,i travel a lot and rarely ever see poeple jacked with in the rain,,just a reminder on that point
other than that i personally would like the daytime,,cuz the freaks come out at night,,and so do heightened alertness on the police,,just my opinion,,,who really knows? |

I was pulled over by a bike cop. The same one that busted me a few months earlier. It started pouring down the rain and he asked if he could get into my car to write me a ticket for my car stereo. I said no. He then just ripped up the ticket and let me go to work. I like the rain during busy traffic |

| yea be careful on your bike too and listen to your feelings if you feel you might get stopped stash your bud in your sock in your shoe, sometimes being paranoid saves you, if you put it in an easy to search place the cop will search it if you gotta sit down and then take off your shoe and then take off your sock then thats too much work and time consuming and usually the cop will give you the benefit of the doubt but if its just right there in your pocket all he gotta do is ask you to empty it ,thats too easy and too quick to not do, so hell do it, |

Whether it is day or night, the more traffic the better. I caught drugs day and night. Some jurisdictions go home at certain times and remain on call. Texas DPS goes home at 2 a.m. and remains on call for traffic accidents and emergencies. So if you want to avoid Texas DPS, roll after 2 a.m.
...and of course, rolling in the rain is always better.
