Dear Barry, what would the legal repercussions be for a 16 yr old who is caught with as much an 3.5 grams. And/or caught smoking?

Alternative school. A citation with a fine.

You could probably get a deal to go to anti smoking classes possibly.

Depends where you got caught with it. If you got caught in school, then def alt school.
