Hi Barry:
You suggest the use of hunting animal scents ,on tires . My question is this will the use of dog stay away sprays such as scatt etc, you can use to keep dogs away from garbage or off the couch etc , would this also work to throw off a drug dog ? |

The "stay away" scents cause a dog to jerk backward upon entering the nostrils. The alarmed reaction alerts police to chemicals used by smugglers to deter dogs and will raise suspicion greatly. Do not use these scents unless you are using them at home.
Animal scents on the other hand cause the dog to get excited and more interested in the animal then the drugs. Often the k-9 will not search for drugs because of the stronger pull to sniff the animal scent. This causes great confusion!
You can use the "stay away" scents in many places of your yard and home in case you get raided. If the k-9 is "jerking backward" in various locations of your home, the handler will become confused and disgusted when contraband is not discovered at these locations and will not understand what is happening. Do not hide your stash near these scents. Use these repulsive scents in many areas but not around your stash.
Hope this helps. It was a great question.

what if you wrap your stash in really strong animal scents, for example i heard that tom cat urine is really strong, if you wraped your stash in this with enough plastic so you dont smell it or the officer for that matter, wouldnt it over power or mask the mj smell enough? even if the dog tried to ignore it he would smell the tom cat urine before the bud and quickly turn his attention to other parts of the car and cme up with nothing right?
some f.b would be nice |

Really don't sound like a wise idea,to put something the dog will fixate on around your stash, just a thought |
