| This is good. I was woke up by the sheriff at my parents house a while back. and i grabbed my pack of Red's. I went to the station for processing on an unrelated charge ( i was dumb and was found guilty of burglary). They searched me and here i left about a bowls worth of Poopy weed ( or PW ). They suspended my DL for 6 months, ,200$ fine, community service. I was so stupid. Although as i think so is the charge. |

well I have never been caught.........but my brother stayed in Duluth Mn,after my family moved to the deep south, the only person he had up there was his best friend,he was parked on a country road, catching a buzz, and got arrested for possession.as he had no one to call, the judge gave him an hour to go take care of letting somebody know where he was going to be for the next 30 days,He couldn't find his room mate, and had 3 joints, for some unknown reason he did not get rid of them in that hour, and got busted trying to smuggle contraband into the jail, was given 3 years,on a work farm. That was YEARS ago,and he has stayed out of trouble ever sense. |

| that is great. (not) but notice how they try to get you for a worse charge than what they are already charging you for is the marijuana. legalize it and tax it, i can almost guaruntee there will be more smokers than people they bust. |

| Dumbest thing I ever did was put my weed in a bundle made of a convenient wrapped book cover, and upon seeing a cop not bother throw it away. Yep, then he comes up to me and says "just because I don't know you I'm going to pat you down"(what a convenient excuse to pat someone down). When he came upon it, I denied him consent to search. Even though it didn't feel like a weapon, he eventually took it out. I hate cops who violate fourth amendment rights like that. And my lawyer charges extra for suppressing evidence.. ah well....i hiope I don't get drug tested too long in the diversion program. |

The kids here in Ohio are drug tested every week even if it is noty drug related.
My bosses daughter ran away and got put on diversion. she pays 10 dollers a week to take a drug test. |

Florida's drug-diversion program is called the PAY Program. It's $50 for the three calsses, community service, and drug-testing altogether. Not sure how often the tests are done though. |
