Just some random thoughts/tips:
Never smoke on private property, even an apartment complex (if you are not a resident) late at night (especially if you are not inside a vehicle). If you are a juvenile, there may be rules about how late you are allowed to stay out and this will be used against you by the police officer.
Also, no matter how strong the urge is to explain to the police officer about the absurdity of cannabis illegality, DON'T! This WILL be used against you and appear in the police report as 'AGRESSIVE BEHAVIOR" (wtf right?). |
