The first thing I do when I get up is turn on the police scanner. This gives you a good idea if the cops are in your neighborhood and what they are doing. You can hear where roadblocks are, if someone you know gets busted, if a house is about to get raided (they don't give an address but you can look out your window). I don't know the laws in every state but in Oklahoma they are illegal to posses by a convicted felon or if your involved in criminal activity. But the way I see one more charge ain't going to make that much difference.
