One of my buddies gets pulled over by city cops and state troopers and least once a month, sometimes more. He does not own the car he drives, its his parents. The reason he gets pulled over is because the vehicle is registered to two blind people; his parents. Every time a cop runs his plates, or profiles him(he looks baked pretty much all the time,and he's kind of a slob has longish hair and rarely shaves) a flag always pops up on the cops computer that the owner of the car cannot legally or otherwise operate the vehicle. For this reason they assume he stole the car or the co is just curious. This is his excuse for always mooching because he is prone to being pulled over. Its almost funny how screwed he would be if he had to buy and transport his own weed.
