| one time my brother and some friends were smoking grass somewhere in south ft. worth and they were only like 16 at the time. they were smoking out of a gravity bong made out our friend's mom's crockpot and a stolen candy cane christmas ornament for outside.turns out my dumbass friend stole the candy cane from someone's house. so when they stashed the crockpot and candy cane someone must have seen them drive smething. but that cop found out where we lived. my brother had already dropped off our friend and somehow, this cop ended up at our house, out of his jurisdiction might i add. anyway, the cop brought the candy cane and crockpot to my house and try to say it was slolen property. all of the sudden the cop said that he smelled marijuana. i smelled the pot too. but the cop didn't know what he had. he thought i was smoking pot, which i wasn't. i said, "dude, you brought a gravity bong to my house. that's where the weed smell is coming from." he smelled the candy hollow candy cane and immedietly told us to get the rest of it or he would call the k-9 unit out to our house. i got the pot and gave it to the cop. we called our parents though, and that's who saved us from getting a charge. of course my brother was furious with me, but that was ok. |

| Dude you didnt have to do that, he wasnt in jurisdiction. Plead the fifth, he has no reason to be coming to your door, and he cant just ASSUME that the crock-pot/candy cane were stolen. Even if he did, it wouldn't matter, you could just deny it. And threatening to get the K-9 unit out there is his big man power trip ego bullshit. Go ahead and let him and just get rid of the pot. For fuck sakes, call citizens arrest. I would be so pissed off. Avoid the cops at all opportunity's man. |

It wouldn't take too much effort for him to call up a few cars from the correct jurisdiction and get their k-9 unit though..
