Is marinol a safer way to get an almost THC buzz? And why the hell can't they just get high? I mean most people that are prescribed it are terminally ill or are going to die. should we not be able to die with our vices.

My grandma recently had to have her stomach operated on and ever since she's lost her appetite and been in quite a bit of pain.. I'm trying to get her to talk to her doctor about this.. I really think it would help her situation..
