My husband was on probation for about a year. Overall, he never got violated; however he did pull dirty u.a.'s, about 5 or 6 of them. How he got around being violated on these occasions:
1. Paid his probation costs on a regular basis, never missed a payment.
2. Had a job, the same job, the entire time
3. TOLD his p.o. before he pissed dirty, that he was indeed dirty, that he had smoked a bowl of marijuana over the weekend. She didn't like it, but it saved everyone the run around and costs of the u.a., etc. Also, it counts toward honesty and trust; if you lie to them and say no, I'm clean, its all good, and then you immediately piss dirty, your credibility can never be restored. (And if you get good exercise and drink plenty of water, pot does seem to be out of your system within days, less than a week. Blood tests are another story) She never made him piss into the cup on the occasions he told her he was dirty. |

I do believe that your husbands method would probably be my prefered choice though. It would be cheaper and less risk. Plus I'm an advocate of honesty. |

| day of the test. drink water constantley until you urinte clear twice. drink another 16 ounces of water then go take your screen. if it is a instant screen it will not be able to tell if it is just water that you flooded your system with, or dirty urine. Peeing water is the only true way to mask a drug screen other than taking someones clean urine. |

When I was on probation I recall there being signs saying that it was detectable if you had drank a certain number of ounces of water(I belive it was less than 16) and that this would be considered tampering with urinalysis and that you'd be prosecuted.. |

| ny drug screen s concisted of a cup and this worked for 3 years. what better way not to beat the system. the only reason it says that is so you won't do it. But, i am pretty sure if it is a instant cup test than there is nothing to fear. |
