I live in ohio and was pulled over a few years ago. I dont know if this is law but. Is having a drug case on your record good enough for probable cause to search your vehicle. and if so can the dog search if i tell them NO?

In another post, it was determined that Law Enfarcement cannot run your criminal history on your cars Plates alone.
If they proceed further and end up running your name after your pulled over, and you have a history, well they might consider that a "reasonable suspicion" if they have others to go along with it.
Thats why its so important to follow the advice in Barry's Videos. It's all about reducing the number of possible "reasonable suspicions" so that it doesn't lead to "probable cause" and ultimately Search.

i was told i am searching you for having prior possesions. Could i have fought. and after about 2 and 3/4 years can i go back with a lawyer and do anything about it?
