Hello NGB community, this is my first post.
I would like to get some feedback about how you all would handle this type of situation.
Last time I was leaving my dealers house I noticed a cop car parked a few houses down (behind my car) on the same side of the street. I could not tell if there was anyone inside the cop car. I pulled out and started down the street, checking my mirrors out of the corner of my eye to see if he is pulling out as well. He isn't so I start a zig zag (no pun intended) pattern through the neighborhood to make it a little harder for him to catch up if he decides that is what he wants to do. Well it ends up there is no other way out of this neighborhood besides going across the street I was just on. Which would put me crossing the street right in front of the location of the cop car. So I head that direction and when I cross the cop car is no longer there. We are talking 3 minutes from when I got in my car to when I passed back by that location, and the cop car is gone. I make it home safe. Thank God!
So give me any feedback that comes to your mind after reading my story. Would you have done what I did? Would you ever go back to this location? Do cops ever sit in patrol cars when watching a place? Any type of comments would really help.

first welcome, i think you should buckle your seat belt, put two hands on the wheel and stay in your lane. get home safe and hope you dont go to jail. also maybe he was just watching for how much drug activity going on there. zig zaging was smart and sounds like you did not panic.

I'd say make sure your dealer hasnt gotten raided and warn him that you saw the cop.
the cop could have been there for a different reason, i dont think there is anyway to tell.
I'd watch the neighborhood take note of cars parked around the neighborhood, before you make any more pickups. Or if you dont feel comfortable and have another dealer I'd go to or other dealer for awhile, and if you want to switch back after a month or so I'd say its safer. |

Brute and Von, thank you for your feedback. I may talk to my dealer and come by his place but leave empty handed to see if I get stopped this next time. Luckily he only sells weed and keeps his operation small and personal. Which makes me feel a little more comfortable.

| If he is dealing something other than pot, such as coke, or heroin, odds are they will bust him for that on not the pot. |

It sure did make my heart jump! There is not much one can do if they see you leaving a known drug house. I imagine they would search my car no matter what. If they saw me any other place they would not pay me a moments attention, since I don't even begin to fit the profile.

| If that happens don't leave. Sooner or later the officer will leave. it called lunch and where I'm from they don"t miss it. It will save you a court appearance i can promise that. |
