I went through the whole busted ordeal. Not fun but reality. Cops are liers and cannot stand to be called on it. My husband was not caught, never read his rights, never arrested. He ended up with two D felonys through the mail. Bullshit but whatever. While everything was unfolding the cops told me that they had my husband in custody and was going to go into my home. I knew better (today there is such a thing as cell phones) but they continued to tell me he was being processed right now...blah blah. I refused. I told them if they had a warrant then they could, if not it would not happen. I also told them I did not believe a word they were saying. After harrassing me and deciding I was not gonna give they gave up. They let me know that there were cops at my home and would break in the door when they got the warrant. They also told me that once inside if anything was found they would find me and the outcome would not be the best. Apparently I didn't do what they expected. The warrant never went through meaning they didn't get in. If I would of agreed with them the outcome could of been worse. We got a lawyer, spent three thousand by the time it was all done. He ended up with dealing in Marijuana (growing) and possession. NEVER physically seen him have it, NEVER caught him with it, NEVER got into my home. Someone else who also got busted at the same time said he was the helper. Second of all where did all the dope go that they siezed? I for fact know that pounds and pounds were not turned in.
I read the article in cannabis culture. I strongly agree on some things and others I dunno. My husbands case shows me that no they don't always get in. Secondly not all turn into snitches. We took our crap, held our heads up high and carried on. Golden rule more need to teach and learn. Ended up with eighteen days due nine, one year reporting probation and bullshit classes by some dummy that has no idea. Basically they want MONEY thats all. What pisses me off is that now he has a record. No felonys but it's still there. I think the fact they never "got" him bothers them more than anything. They drive by and look still and it's been three years. We live in a small town and a few months ago in a bust they used his name and asked the person when the last time they smoked with him was, can they do this? Does it ever end? He's clean, been clean, will they ever let it rest?
We are great parents. Have three children that are number one. Go to work every day. Pay taxes. We are bringing our children up to be good people but it's hard to teach them to respect the law. I for one NEVER will. |

| wow vera, it seem's as if me an you have almost so much in common w/ the law. I to got busted a few year's back, Except they Raided our house w/ a warrant. Apparently they used someone to buy marijuana undercover from our house. But anyway's, it's been exactly 4 year's now, an just like your husband, everytime they drive past, I get stared down, Everytime I walk into a Gas Station an purchase something, as I'm walking out, a Cop's walking in to see what I recently purchased. They search every parking lot my car's been in for longer then 5 minutes. They follow me around town until they can no longer do it because it'll be considered Harassment. They've even gone outta their way to ask kids in my town to buy drugs from me and they'll get paid 20$ in doing so. When they Raided our house, they found NOTHING. only 1 bong, 3 pipe's, 2 grinders and 1 hookah. Charged us w/ a 1,000$ "narcotic" paraphanelia charge. And they're STILL watching me, following me, harassing me, Everywhere I go. Like I'm the Biggest Supplier around. They've even asked other people who got busted about Me. People who I either don't know, or Don't know me, have been Asked about Me. All I can tell you vera is just Don't let any of it get to you, an Just continue Smiling' an Livin' your Life. That's what Make's cop's mad the most. To see someone they HATE, Enjoying their Life's... |

if you're talking to me then
where to? an why? i would just be running from my problems. I feel it's better to just "sit it out" then move away. I feel Good about myself an who I am, so I feel comfortable enough where I am, even if they're harassing me. If you think about it, they're just wasting their own time, and basically, wasting their own life's following me, harassing me, an even investigating me. So in the end, it's All kinda funny how much Attention they're giving me. I literally, come home every night from their harassment, an Laugh, an goto sleep an wake up, w/ a Smile.  |
