After watching Barry's new video, I spotted a way to mask the heat being vented from a house so as not to appear suspicious.
What I thought of was venting the inside air very near a porch light. Bright lights with high heat sources blanket complete areas of imaging. It would be very difficult to distinguish whether that heat is from a source behind the bulb or the bulb itself.
Barry mentions a very obvious location that regularly vents heat from homes. Dryer vent! Duh.
It was easy to see on the videos which every day substances and objects either reflect or absorb IR.
Thanx Barry! Your vids of FLIR imaging and what looks normal is very enlightening. It should be a simple matter to defeat FLIR if armed with correct information and some common sense.
