So watching cops and they raided a field, the lead guy quotes 3000 plants. Goes on to say that street price is multi-million dollar.
So lets figure this up.
3000 plants, at 4 pounds each (they need all the help they can get) that gives us 12000 pounds total.
12000 pounds at $4000 (again they need help) still only gives us $480,000,00
So I think we can safely assume he pulled it straight out of his ass, as usual. |

Yep, last OZ I bought cost me $40. It may be Mexi brickweed, but it gets the job done.

| Man if only the hella kind out of Nor-Cal was that cheap.. Im paying $350-400 an OZ but 1-2 rips a night is all I need... (the stuff is in the high 20's% THC content) Smoking daily, and while smoking out friends and visitors from time to time, an OZ lasts me a month so its worth it. Back when I was drinking I was spending $400 in just 2 nights of bar hopping, I was tearing up my body, was getting into more trouble, was hungover and less effective at work, would still end up driving drunk even though while sober I am vehemently against drunk driving. Oh but marijuana is the bane of society. |

I'm in agreement with all(inflating numbers, always beefing it up as much as they can, inaccurate quotes for press purposes..) but, your math is off.
12,000 at 4k is $48,000,000.(That's 48MM)
A realistic figure would be 1500lbs(1/2 per plant) at $2,500,which would still make it $3,750,000
An even more realistic figure would be low end estimate of 1/4lb per plant,(750lbs) at $2,500,which would still bring it to almost 2MM.
750 your talking lots of 10's,20's,50's.So, depending on strain and care and dry and manicure,$2,000-$3,000lb more or less is realistic.If sold in 100lb lots,possibly $2,000 or less depending on local market. |
