Roughly how much does your electric bill increase for growing some plants with like a 600 watt grow lamp?

Well it's fairly simple math..

Divide the total Watts by 1,000, multiply this number by the number of hours used, then multiply by the amount your electric company charges per kw hour.

If you figure running 24 hours a day (Veg) for 30 days a month at $.07 you get $30 a month.
