There are two new ballot measures up for voting next November.
One proposes repealing the Oregon Medical Marijuana Program, giving the patients the chance to instead take government subsidised marinol.
The second would legalize posession and cultivation for all citizens over 21!

Did some more research on Oregon prop 131 dubbed the "Crimefighting Act" piggybacks the abolition of the OMMP with harsher penalties for SEX OFFENDERS and DUI convictions!
Prop 130 would legalize posession, and cultivation MJ for all citizens over 21 years of age.
