Just a small example of the widespread hurt the gov't can inflict.
Here's a small part of my story:
For so long now, I have seen friend after friend, relative after relative, had their lives destroyed by MARIJUANA arrests. Personally, my own fiance was violated by his PO for a dirty test with a trace amount of weed so small that if he would have contested, it could have very well been thrown out because it was less than the equivalent of 1% of a hit. My son, who was 4 months old at the time, and I were left alone in December with no way to pay for our home or food, nothing. My fiance was the only provider we had. They took him away from us at CHRISTMAS none the less. It took everything I had not to give up. $5000 and 2 months later he was allowed to return. And it was all for what? So the government could have another 5K from a family who could barely get by to begin with. I had lost everything for something I never did. I will truly never understand how the US has convinced so many impressionable people that a GOD MADE PLANT is a deadly, menacing DRUG! PUH-LEAAAASE..The war on Marijuana on its' own is the most corrupt idiotic movement since the NAZIS. I really wish the millions of us who have remained silent for so long in FEAR of being ripped from our families would all UNITE. Let's make this right. STOP PROHIBITION! ABSOLUTELY no one should tell anyone else what they can and can not put into THEIR own bodies. I would even go as far to say that a LARGE percent of the people making these laws are HYPOCRITES who smoke, have smoked, or will smoke themselves. I would bet my LIFE on it.
