alright, i got my first test a few days ago, what didnt make sense though is the thing they had me sign, i thaught probation can make you take a piss test and you're required to but then why would i have to sign a peice of paper that says
"i consent to the collection and testing of the specimen(blood or urine) for drugs and/or alchohol and certify that the specimen(s) submitted to the laboratory is/are my own and accurately labeled and securely sealed. i consent to the reporting of results only to the employer or requisting agency."
what do you think would happen if i refused to sign? im clean so im not worried about the piss, but no reason i can't piss of our "great" government
btw i saw you at the olympia hempfest, good times except allot of people were getting busted sadly. |

| If its a stipulation of your probation to be drug test i assume you will be violated for not signing. You have to comply with your probation. |

| Also it might have just been a generic form the lab has as a requirement and has nothing to do with your paper. |

Advice
My husband was on probation for about a year. He was dirty 5-6 times. These are some things you might want to keep in mind while on probation:
1. When they ask you if you are dirty, and you are, do not lie. Tell them before they test you. It gives them the opportunity to not run the test.
2. Pay your probation costs in full, on time, every time.
3. Keep your job.
My husband would simply call his p.o., if he called the hotline and his color was up, and tell her outright that he had smoked a bowl of weed over the weekend. She didn't like it, but he sailed through his probation without being violated. And he was definitely dirty at least 5 or 6 times. This, of course, would be directly proportional as to whether your p.o. is somewhat cool...if he/she is a real asshole, I wouldn't try this approach. |
