What form do I need in order to sue a cop. I know the form allows me to be my own lawyer. PLZ HELP!!!

first ask yourself is it going to be worth dealin with all the bull crap u gotta do to go thru with that???

Well I talked to Barry personally at one of his presentations and he told me to do it. Plus if I got all the paper work filled out he would personally get me and attorney. So...I really want to do it and I get some money out of it as well. The problem is is that I dont know what paper work I need.
