i watch alot of cop/law shows real ones not the fake t.v shows. stuff like cops, 48hrs,american justice court t.v, to name a few and if u watch close enough they tell u how they catch and convict people. and i would have to say atleast 80% or better get themselfs convicted as they break the #1 rule..u have the right to remain silent!!! i see time and time again people falling into the trap of hey if u tell us what we want/"need" to know will work a deal with u or go easy on u, the fact is thats never true unless u turn narc for them.
other than that ur telling them all they need to know and only in sum cases where they break the law in the way of getting that info from u, can they sometime reverse the charge or throw out what u said and thats only when u can prove they broke the law to get the info from u. but 9 out of 10 times they take u to the room and start asking ? in a way as if there their to help u.
and it's crazy how many people open up and tell on themselfs, cause they like to play good cop bad cop alot, or say hey we already know everything so u need to just tell us. thats just not true if that was the case then they would'nt need u to talk.the bottom line is people use ur brains alil more and yes i know cops can get to you, and mess with ur mind to the point u are thinking there trying to help or make it easier on u.
well if that was the case they would help u tell u where u went wrong and send u home, like they did in the old days well not anymore. their out for blood and money u have to play their game and beat them at it, and the best way to start is to keep ur mouth shut, and if u do talk or make a deal make sure ur pd or lawyer is there, and has it on paper. but most of the time they want u to rat on someone and thats not good don't rat, just keep ur mouth shut at all cost.they want u to think sumone is talking about u most of the time thats not true and if everyone that they say that to says nothin in return then well..they would get no info on anyone now would they... |
