sorry about the spelling i recently recieved a ticket for a watch contsiner that smelled like marijauna and had papers in it kis there any advice on fighting this in court

I would plea "not guilty" jury trial. It will probably be dismissed but if not, explain to the jury it was not a marijuana canister.
